We help people move better by Improving their motor control through exercise. Motor control is the process by which humans use their brain/cognition to activate and coordinate the muscles and limbs involved in the performance of a motor skill. By doing this, we also improve the ability to generate force/torque around an axis and increase their active range of motion.
What We Do
How Do We Do This?
By using various modes of contractions (Mio, ISO, Plio) as well as utilizing the Phenomenon of Post Activation Potentiation (PAP). It's all exercises, just very Specific Exercises or Configurations.
